Our Cause
Frontline Crisis Response Solutions is committed to leading our community in suicide postvention and aftercare support. Recent reports from the Medical Examiner’s Office of Denton and Collin County indicate that in 2016 there were 85 completed suicides in Denton County and 122 completed suicides in Collin County, the highest amount in 5 years.
Research reported by the World Health Organization shows that at least 6 people are intimately traumatized by a single suicide death. We believe those numbers are too low. More recent estimates show the number of people intimately affected by a suicide loss is closer to 150.
Our monthly Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group for Adults was launched in Frisco, TX on December 22, 2015. The city of Frisco occupies both Collin and Denton County, and our group continues to be the only and closest organized support hub for many Suicide Loss Survivors who live in or near one of the fastest growing suburban areas in the United States.

We invite you to join us as a Sponsor, Volunteer or Participant at the Hope4Today 5K and Fun Run on September 15th. By partnering with FCRS you will lend a hand in assisting people who have lost a loved one by suicide and providing support and resources for further coping. Because suicide statistics are rising in our country and throughout Collin and Denton County, any level of support you are able to offer will be greatly appreciated.

In order to volunteer your services to the Hope4Today 5K Run, please download the volunteer application and waiver form. Fill the form out and bring it with you to the Hope4Today event on September 15th.
